I entered the world of bridal design in 2013 when I made my sister’s gown as a wedding gift. I was instantly drawn to the intensive, delicate process of creating an heirloom piece that tells a story. It can be a direct reflection of the person; an item that creates and stores memories, activated by movement and the moment. Inspired by fashion history, art, film, and nature, my work is centered around storytelling and mood creation. I hold a BFA in fashion design from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago and a Certificate in Hand Embroidery from the Royal School of Needlework, Hampton Court Palace London.
Responsibly and locally made, LGBTQ friendly and size inclusive, my goal is for brides to feel confident and beautiful in a relaxed atmosphere.
